Alfie Whizz Billy Whizz's little brother. Introduced by Billy's original artist Malcolm Judge, he has regularly appeared in the strip, often as a supporting character but occasionally in a lead role. Unlike his brother, Alfie is generally depicted as being of normal speed. He has been known to prank Billy on occasion, for example in one strip filling Billy's tracksuit with starch to slow him down.

Alfie wears a romper suit, which has variously been depicted as blue, red or pink. In common with Billy and his Dad, Alfie has two long hairs at the front of his head, although most artists show the top of his head bald rather than shaved like Billy and his Dad. Alfie bears a strong physical appearance to Billy, although Alfie retained his original hairstyle when Billy's hair was redesigned into a lightning bolt in the mid-1990s.

In the 2002 Beano Book, Alfie appeared in an annual story where supporting characters from a number of Beano's strips complained to the editor about their infrequent appearances in the comic and were allowed to take on starring roles as a one-off. Alfie appeared as the title character and star of his own strip drawn by Graeme Hall, the regular Billy Whizz artist at the time.
