|Written by||Lazar Saric|
Curious George the Architect is the second half-episode of the twelfth episode of Curious George.
Also in the City, Curious George and the Man with the Yellow Hat walk by a construction site, where a crew erects Mr. Glass' newest building structure. Gnocchi, Chef Pisghetti's pet Cat, also sneaks inside the lot, to get into trouble along with Curious George, right from the start.
Now, this happens after a gust of wind blows the Yellow Hat from the Man, and so the Man without the Yellow Hat must run down the street to search for his Yellow Hat, and once the Man returns with the Yellow Hat, the Man with the Yellow Hat must apologize to the Mr. Glass and the Construction Foreman for the misbehavior of Curious George and Gnocchi, Chef Pisghetti's pet Cat, offering to buy everyone lunch.
Well, the next morning, as the Man with the Yellow Hat prepares batter to fix waffles or pancakes, Curious George decides that he'd like both waffles and pancakes, but the Man with the Yellow Hat discovers that he's out of blueberries, and so he hands Curious George a ten-dollar bill to run to the grocery store, but asks him not to loose it.
Now, what do you think? Curious George just might decide to take a detour and return to the construction site, to discover that nobody's working this morning, but to find Gnocchi, Chef Pisghetti's pet Cat's playing around inside the fence.
And then, when another gust of wind blows the ten-dollar bill from Curious George's hand, Compass the Doorman's Almost-Homing Pigeon rises to the occasion to catch it atop the tall building frame. But then when Curious George drops it once again, Gnocchi, Chef Pisghetti's pet Cat, retrieves it atop the building frame, and when Curious George tries to grab it, Gnocchi, Chef Pisghetti's pet Cat, slips, and the ten-dollar bill is torn into two parts.
Well, one half of the ten-dollar bill lands inside of the cement mixer, and so Curious George, Gnocchi, Chef Pisghetti's pet Cat, nor Compass the Doorman's Almost-Homing Pigeon are able to retrieve it, while the other half lands in a small hole, and no one also is able to reach for it.
So, Curious George activates the cement mixer to pour cement all over the place with the half of the ten-dollar bill stuck into a pile of concrete, and Curious George also operates the crane to dig a large pit to attempt to retrieve the other half, which lands in the small pit, but when Curious George discovers that the first half dries in cement, Curious George operates the jackhammer to tear apart the ground to expose a leaking main water line beneath.
And before the Man with the Yellow Hat is able to return to discover the damage, Mr. Glass, the Architect and the Construction Foreman arrive. Mr. Glass rescues Compass the Doorman's Almost-Homing Pigeon; the Architect rescues Gnocchi, Chef Pisghetti's pet Cat, and the Construction Foreman rescues Curious George, before the embarrassed Man with the Yellow Hat is able to offer to fix breakfast for everyone.
So, will Mr. Glass' new building, which collapses from all of the damage, be salvageable from the work of "Curious George the Architect?"
